Wellness devices and pet grooming tools in one shop, why?
Because they are the same purchase, made twice. Both are things you buy so that a day goes a little easier — once for yourself, at the end of one nobody else noticed was long, and once for the animal who depends on you and cannot tell you what is wrong. We do not sell electronics, or kitchenware, or phone cases.
Are the massagers medical devices?
No. They are comfort and relaxation devices. They can feel very good after a long day, and we are careful not to claim more than that. If you have an injury, a spine or neck condition, or any medical concern, please speak to a doctor before using percussion, kneading or pulse massage.
Which massager should I start with?
If the tightness is in your shoulders and upper back, start with Drape — it is cordless, hands-free and the easiest to use daily. For calves, forearms and post-workout, choose Pulse. Halo is for end-of-day unwinding, and Span is the one with no battery at all, for the middle of your back.
Which grooming tool should I start with?
For short and medium coats, the Palm rubber glove — most pets do not realise they are being groomed. For heavier shedding, Palm Pro or the Soothe steam brush, which softens the coat so fur lifts out instead of pulling. Cats usually do best with Purr.
Do you still sell pet travel products?
Not at the moment. We looked hard for travel bottles, car seat covers and travel beds we could stand behind, and could not source ones that met our standard at a price that made sense. We would rather tell you that than list something we have not properly checked. If that changes, they will appear here.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
