Draw 6-Piece Vacuum Cupping Therapy Set

Cupping used to mean booking an appointment. This is the home version, and it is genuinely simple.

Six cups in different sizes, one hand pump. Place the cup, pump until it holds, leave it for a few minutes. The larger cups suit the back and thighs; the small ones work on shoulders and calves.

An instruction manual is included, which matters more here than with most things — read it before the first use.

Cupping can leave temporary circular marks on the skin. Avoid broken skin, and speak to a doctor first if you are pregnant, on blood thinners, or have a skin condition.
